Hidden at the end of Paradise Lane, this 3-bedroom home is, as it's street name implies, Paradise. Located on a rocky hilltop, guests enjoy views of surrounding mountains and the valley below. Days filled with summer breezes are followed by star-studded skies at night. Central air conditioning keeps this custom home cool even on hot days. It's hard to believe a place could feel so secluded and yet so close to historic, downtown Prescott. Great effort is made to provide guests with generous amenities. The greatroom combines the living room, dining area and kitchen and then opens out to the south patio with a charcoal grill.
The Master Bedroom and Bath are on the upper level and adjoin with a writing nook and deck. The jetted tub will relax you and there will be no fighting over the mirror at the huge double vanity. There is also a full shower and walk-in closet. Downstairs another full bath serves the other two bedrooms. The half-bath is just around the corner from the Den and Kitchen. The Den has digital cable TV as does the Master Bedroom. High speed wireless internet access available throughout the house. Wired access from the box in the living room. The very private Back Patio has an outdoor table with chairs for six near the charcoal grill.

Base Weekend Rate - $219.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum + $75 cleaning fee.

Special weekly rate $938.00 - 2 people + $75 cleaning fee. Add $100 per extra persons 3,4/pet and $50 per persons up to 8. Subject to Holiday Premium.


Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons 3-4 or pets (Pets Conditional) $20/night, persons 5-8 $10/night (age 2 and up.)

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
