This new, two bedroom home is located in tall pines Northwest of Downtown Prescott about 10 min from the Square. The decor is modern Southwest with touches of country. The master bedroom has king bed and deluxe bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity and separate shower. There is a TV with DVD/VCR and sliding glass doors out onto the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and daybed that makes into 2 twins. It has access to the hall bath which has a tub/shower. The deck is shaded by a huge Pondersoa Pine Tree and has peaceful views north to Granite Mountain. Relax around the wrought iron deck table with 4 chairs while you cook out on the gas grill. Don't worry about where the laundromat is because there is a convenient washer/dryer. Need or like to get online? The Pineview Home has full-time, high-speed wired/wireless internet. The Prescott Racquet Club is within walking distance and offers tennis, swimming, aerobics, racquetball and a restaurant.
Rates
Per night, Double Occupancy
Plus $50 cleaning fee and tax
2-night minimum on Weekends (3-night on certain holidays, see below)

Base Weekend Rate - $199.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $50 cleaning fee and tax.
Special weekly rate $849.00 - 2 persons plus $50 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per extra persons 3,4/pet or $50 per person up to 6. (Subject to Holiday premium.)
Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges
Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets per night - Add $20 for persons 3-4 or pets, $10 for persons 5-6.
Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %
Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)
Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
