The Stag's Leap Lodge is just 3 miles from downtown Prescott surrounded by tall pines with a small babbling creek in the back yard. This is a large, modern 4 bedroom home with an unbelievable game room on the lower level. There is a pool table, foosball table and bar custom built to match the pool table. Then there is the huge wide screen HDcabTV with upgraded sports programming. Bring your own games for the XBox console which also plays DVDs. The Living Room also a has a big cabTV above the gas fireplace. The big kitchen is very well stocked and equipped with stainless appliances including a dishwasher. The Dining Area opens out to the upper deck with a patio set, conversation area and propane grill. It overlooks the small creek that always seems to send out a peaceful babble - perfect for complete relaxation. The Master Bedroom has another flat screen TV in perfect view of the king bed. The Master Bath has a garden tub enclosed with a poster canopy. Twin vanities are on either side of the tub. The shower closes off to make a steam room if you like to sweat before rinsing off. With several chests of drawers and a big walkin closet, you could unpack and stay for weeks. Since there are 3 other bedrooms, 2 with TV/VCR or DVD, you could invite the whole family or lots of friends. The office has Wireless High Speed Internet Access and a desk if you really must work after enjoying the campfire in the pit behind the home. The little creek invites exploring or relaxation. Who knows, you might even see a deer leap over it...

Base Weekend Rate - $249.00/night - Limited Time Promotional Rate for 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $110 cleaning fee and tax.

Special weekly rate $1050 - 2 persons plus $110 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per extra persons 3-6 or pets (on approval,) $50 for persons 7-8. Pets Conditional. (Subject to Holiday premium.)

Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons 3-6 or pets (Pets Conditional) $20/night, persons 7-8 $10/night (age 2 and up.)

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium -
Applies to stays that include these Holidays (3-4 night minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day Add 10%, Thanksgiving Add 15% (4 nights req,) Christmas-New Years, Frontier Days (July 4th Week,) Add 20%

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
